SCSS is going to sell tickets to 2010 Chinese New Year Gala TODAY, next Tuesday 9th and Wednesday 10th from 10:00am to 3:00pm at Oklahoma Memorial Union in front of the Sooner Schooner (in Clarke-Anderson Room, first floor. The top right one in the attached map)

Though the theater’s capacity is 1200, people around Norman, Oklahoma City and even Lawton are coming to watch the performance so we really have limited tickets. If you can acquire tickets from any other Chinese association, for example, Norman Chinese School, Greater Oklahoma Chinese Association, please ask the organization before you purchase a ticket from SCSS. SCSS try to ensure the students and scholars on campus may have the chance to watch the performance.

Due to limited ticket supply, we have strict ticket policy this year:

1. Student/faculty/staff with valid OU ID: $2.00/person. One ID is only eligible for one ticket at this price. One person can hold no more than 4 IDs when buying tickets for others at this price.
2. Family, friends of OU Student/faculty/staff and OU alumni need to buy tickets at the price of $5.00/person
3. Young kids have free admission with adult ticket holders. However, young kids are those who don’t need their own seats. For those who do need seats, s/he needs a $5.00 ticket.
4. We will sell tickets as the supply lasts. In case there are tickets left, they will be sold at the theater on the performance day (Feb. 13) at the price of $20.00
