China Night 2010, The last big event of SCSS 09-10 committee!

Dear all,
I couldn't believe here comes the last big event of the SCSS 2009-10 committee – China Night 2010. How time flies!

The theme of this year's China Night is to present our audience a China with 5,000 years' history. Thus any performance presenting any period of this long history would help making up the big picture. If you have any idea or performance about any dynasty or a certain era, ancient or modern, please share with us. Please contact us by emailing scss0910@gmail.com

The performance is scheduled at 4:00pm–6:00pm, March 7th, 2010 at Ballroom in Union. Consul Yan from Consulate-general of the People's Republic of China in Houston and officials from Hanban are also coming to watch it. Food is provided at the end of the event.

I would like to see everyone of you there!

Thank the Amazing Audience of the Chinese New Year Gala 2010!

Dear all,
We had a wonderful night last night! The performers were really talented and we were so impressed!

But what I would like to say is that, the audience, you all, were also amazing! The performers also told me that they were impressed by the atmosphere, and our enthusiasm moved them to tears!

I also know that someone who bought two tickets but wasn’t able to make it went to the theater early yesterday afternoon and returned the tickets for free, so that two more people could enjoy the show. And someone generously donated for Haiti.

I would like to thank you all for coming, for being an important part of the success of the performance!
Happy The Year of Tiger!

Sincerely,
